Types of powder for breaded dishes are divided into 3 types according to 3 steps: predust, batter, and coating. Some examples of breaded dishes are breaded chicken, breaded fried chicken, breaded fish fillets, breaded pork chops, etc.
Predust
A powder is applied to a product before the breading process. Predust is used to improve coating adhesion in general, to improve yield, to add flavor, and improve brittleness.
Batter
Is a liquid mixture of ingredients commonly used to bond bread crumbs to products and can also be used as a stand-alone feature to coat products. Batters are designed for good adhesion, brittleness, and stability. Other aspects such as taste, color, viscosity, and proportions can be tailored to the customer, consumer experience, and related process parameters.

Coating/crumbs
After preliminary processing, the product is covered with a flour mixture before further processing (eg frying or baking). We offer different coatings that can be customized in terms of crispiness, fat content, texture, consistency, color, and flavor for meat, fish, and vegetable applications.
